Meet Camille
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here as you consider starting therapy. I believe that every individual human already has what they need to heal and my role is to help you uncover that. My passion lies in EMDR and trauma work, and I am dedicated to meeting you where you are at. Together, we can explore your inner resources and pave the way for lasting change and growth.

Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy sessions offered utilizing evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, CBT, IFS and other approaches to meet the needs of each individual person. Services are offered over telehealth. Walk-and-talk available upon request.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a psychotherapy technique used to treat a variety of mental health conditions, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression and other distressing life events.
EMDR Consultation for Therapists
EMDR Consultation offered at a reduced rate for therapists working towards certification or needing extra assistance in their EMDR work with clients.
5 Needle Protocol (NP)
This treatment is a non-verbal approach to healing that includes the placement of 5 needles on the ear. Benefits may include reduced cravings from alcohol and drugs, reduced depression and anxiety symptoms, relief from stress and trauma, increased calm and focus, better sleep and a general sense of well-being.
